I walk on the street in direction of Café rouge for see how the restaurant is and next for meet Gemma, the manager who answered me to my emails.

As soon as I arrive, I ask for a cappuccino (£2.25). I impress by the class, the prestige of restaurant. It's beautiful and big: there are almost 80 places setting outside on the terrace, near 70 inside and on the little first ground 150. The service is done by only 6 young waitresses (pretty…of course) who share some areas with each an aluminum piece of furniture for the dirty crockery and the refill. While 2 young men are behind the bar I'm guessing that one serves the drinks to customers and other cleans and stores.

They wear a uniform: the clothes of restaurateur with a black apron and a red tie. They serve breakfast until 11:30, they prepare the tables for lunch in exchange (changing menu breakfast by menu of wine and meat, on the little first ground they have already reserved few tables (black) for lunch (there are glasses, places setting).

After make my detective, I ask the addition and I give a tip. Gemma is late so I'm going to walk around the Canal Side.



I come back meet the manager. She tells me that I will begin the 27^th at mid-day dressed with the typical uniform. Nonetheless, I will work behind the bar for testing.
